Olitech Frequently Asked Questions
What warranty is offered on products purchased through Olitech?
All new products purchased directly through Olitech come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Please not batteries only hold a 6 month warranty. Warranty commences on the date of purchase. Please refer to individual product details for terms and conditions associated with this warranty. If you believe you have a product purchased from Olitech that is not functioning as intended and complies with warranty terms and conditions please contact Olitech.
Does Olitech offer “Change of mind” returns?
For all items purchased directly through Olitech, a 14 day “change of mind” return is applicable. Please note that in order for a return to be accepted all items including packaging must be returned in original condition. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount in order to cover initial outgoing postage and administration costs. The purchaser is responsible for return postage costs and all items returned are assessed in the condition in which Olitech receive them.

Please ensure the items are safely packed as Olitech do not take responsibility for damages that occur during the postage process and assess the items in the condition in which they are received.
Do Olitech have any retail stores?
Olitech is primarily an online retail store. Our office is located in Burwood, Victoria and appointments can be made to view products or receive technical assistance by request. We do also have various retailers across Australia. Please contact Olitech if you wish to locate your closest retailer.
What shipping options do Olitech offer?
Olitech offer free postage within Australia and New Zealand on all orders with a value over $150. Postage costs for orders under $150 will be calculated at checkout. Unless specified otherwise, Olitech ship with Australia Post using their eParcel service and offer tracking and signature on delivery. Express Post is available at an additional charge and can be added at checkout.
How soon will my order arrive?
Unless specified otherwise, all orders placed are shipped within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Olitech use Australia Post to dispatch retail parcels. Please click here to be directed to Australia Posts website where delivery times can be provided. Olitech’s dispatch postcode is 3178. We do offer express post as an additional service that can be added at checkout.
Will I be able to track my order during shipment?
All items posted, unless specified otherwise, are sent via a trackable service. Upon dispatch, if you have provided Olitech with a valid email address, tracking information will be sent to your provided email address. This email will be generated and sent by Australia Post. Please ensure you check your junk/spam folder if it does not appear in your Inbox. Once you have tracking information, your item can be tracked on Australia Posts website.
Do Olitech ship internationally?
Olitech do offer limited international shipping. Please note, if return shipping is required for any reason the purchaser is responsible for the international return postage costs.
Can I become a retailer of Olitech products?
Olitech does offer wholesale to approved suppliers/retailers. Please contact us if you would like more information about wholesale opportunities.
Does Olitech offer OEM production?
