Olitech offers a 12 month warranty on all electronic devices; 6 month warranty on batteries. The warranty period commences on the date of retail sale. Please retain your purchase receipt/invoice as proof of purchase and complete the Warranty Registration Form for warranty claim purposes.
Olitech’s product warranty is valid for manufacturing faults (hardware and software) only. Products must only be used with original Olitech accessories (where applicable) in order for the warranty to remain valid. Failure to do so will void the warranty.
Olitech’s product warranty does not cover any internal or external damage (direct/indirect) caused to the products. This includes but is not limited to breakages, water/temperature damage, misuse or loss. Olitech accepts no liability for loss of data due to a damaged/faulty products (where applicable). Please refer to the products user manual or instructions for use prior to commencing use of your product.
Process for returns
In the unlikely event you deem your product to be faulty (12 month warranty) or are not satisfied with the product please proceed through the following steps:
Step 1: Contact Olitech or your location of retail purchase outlining your request for return/replacement. If contacting Olitech directly, please email this request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 2: After contact with Olitech or your retailer, if a return/replacement is approved, please return the product to Olitech/your retailer along with the Return Request Form. Returns sent directly to Olitech can be posted to:

Step 3: Upon receipt of your product and Request Return Form, your replacement/refund will be processed as per correspondence that arises from Step 1.
