SOS BUTTON

The Easy Mate+ features a dedicated SOS/Emergency button. When the SOS button is activated, an emergency sequence will commence which includes a local alarm, a phone call and text message* to the pre-programmed emergency contacts. An enhanced safety feature of the Easy Mate+ is that the recipient of the emergency call is required to accept the call. This ensures the call is answered by a person not an answering machine/automated service. Additional information can be found in the user manual.
